PayNewt was originally developed to implement online payments for transactions involving intangible goods, such as a rental housing, real estate purchases, or a purchase in which the merchant requires a bank transfer, online payment, credit/debit payment, etc...
PayNewt makes it incredibly simple, while organizing payment windows and implementing both a manual invoice system and an automatic digital delivery system, enabling users to easily list products and send invoices to clients.
Invoice System overview: Normally, the recipient of funds would have to deliver the product manually, whether in real life or through a text chat. The Invoice System is essentially the manual version of digital delivery. The buyer will get nothing in return after he or she has paid for the goods; it is the responsibility of the merchant to supply what he has paid for. For example, when submitting payment for a house rental, the invoice gets paid, the merchant sees he has received the funds, then he gives the keys to the client in order for him to stay at the rental.
Automatic Digital Delivery System: The ADDS service is essentially the invoice system digitalized, only after the payment is received and acknowledged, the item that is in stock (under the merchant's shop) is automatically sent to his account or email. It acts as the ultimate payment gateway for house renters, digital and physical stores, etc…
PayNewt is now in the process of being modified and converted to a new domain.

During the second trimester of my 9th grade, I began to get interested in Stock trading and investing in general.
I taught myself how to judge, research, and place investments on various stocks that I deemed worthy and capable of giving me a good return on my initial investment. I started by learning the way in which a stock, organization, and investment worked, but I quickly leaned towards Penny Trading or stock trading in low stock worth.
Although trading Penny Stocks has an incredibly larger risk of funds being lost, I found the market to be incredibly flexible and it seemed to fluctuate a substantial amount more than typical reliable stocks such as “Apple” or “Facebook”.
When investing into standard stocks it is considered good to make 10% on your investment over the course of a year, but as a young investor, I don’t have hundreds of thousands to invest and wait on for a low return over the course of a year. Once I acknowledged the possibilities of growth and profit in penny stocks, I soon learned ways of studying and researching stocks to see if they are capable of making a fast and large profit on my investment.
For example in 2015/16, I had watched a penny stock at MGT for about a month, I invested about 500 share at $0.35 per share, which at the time was a rather cheap investment because the stock was worth so little. Over the course of only 3 days, the specific stock gained almost 2500% in value, unfortunately I withdrew my investment only after the stock gained 250% in worth due to speculation of the stock crashing after such an epic rise in value.
Soon after realizing the opportunity that such a stock has rather than a slow moving, standard, thoroughly established stock such as “Apple”. I realized I could make much larger amounts of profit (with larger risk) upon a much shorter period of time with proper research and speculation.
